These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bt939 governing your access to and use of the bt939 platform, including the casino, sportsbook, and all related services. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any wager on bt939.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the bt939 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitute the entire legal agreement between you and bt939 governing your use of the Platform.
2.2 By completing the registration process on bt939, accessing any game or betting market, or depositing funds into your Account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the Agreement in its current form and as amended from time to time.
2.3 bt939 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 These Terms are presented in English. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions (if any exist), the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. The bt939 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bt939 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will request documentary proof of age where required.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the bt939 Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bt939 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) bt939 Account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, IP address, device, household, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts. bt939 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings.
3.4 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.5 KYC Verification. bt939 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
3.6 Excluded Persons. Current and former employees of bt939, its affiliates, software providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as Players and are prohibited from placing real-money wagers on the Platform.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bt939 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. bt939 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
4.2 Two-Factor Authentication. bt939 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA significantly enhances account security, it does not transfer liability for account security from the Player to bt939.
4.3 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bt939 support immediately via Live Chat at [email protected]. bt939 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, but cannot guarantee recovery of any funds lost as a result of unauthorised access attributable to Player negligence.
4.4 Account Inactivity. bt939 reserves the right to classify an Account as inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bt939 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any fee deduction.
4.5 Account Currency. bt939 Accounts operate in USDT as the primary currency. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) or other local currency equivalents are displayed, they are indicative only and subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of transaction processing.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bt939 accepts deposits via USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. bt939 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Conditions. All funds deposited into your bt939 Account must originate from a payment source that is owned and controlled by you. bt939 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification to bt939's satisfaction. bt939 reserves the right to require enhanced verification for withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. bt939 aims to process USDT withdrawal requests for verified accounts within one to two hours. Processing times for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer withdrawals may vary and are subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution. bt939 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source. bt939 operates a withdrawal-to-source policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Exceptions may be made at bt939's sole discretion with appropriate documentation.
5.6 AML Compliance. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to bt939's Anti-Money Laundering procedures. bt939 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any transaction that triggers AML review. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation as part of this process.
5.7 Fees. bt939 does not charge deposit fees. Network transaction fees for crypto withdrawals are deducted at prevailing blockchain rates. bt939 may apply processing fees to certain local payment method withdrawals; applicable fees are disclosed at the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.
6.1 Promotional Eligibility. All bonuses, free bet credits, reload offers, cashback programmes, and other promotions offered by bt939 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. General bonus terms apply where specific terms do not address a particular situation.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to combine promotions in a manner not explicitly permitted constitutes bonus abuse.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. bt939 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, wagering patterns designed to exploit promotions, and any other form of promotional manipulation. Where bonus abuse is detected, bt939 reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, void associated winnings, and restrict or close the Player's Account.
6.5 Promotion Modification. bt939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonus claims already accepted by Players in good faith prior to the modification.
7.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market available on the bt939 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market view. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game or market.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. bt939 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected match-fixing, system errors, or unusually large stakes that fall outside normal risk parameters.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or system fault that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, bt939 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Players. bt939 does not honour winnings generated as a result of a technical error.
7.4 Cricket Betting. All cricket betting markets on the bt939 sportsbook, including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches, are subject to the bt939 Sports Betting Rules. Markets suspended mid-event due to abandoned matches, weather interruptions, or DLS method application will be settled in accordance with the relevant sporting body's official ruling.
7.5 Final Decisions. bt939's decision on the outcome of any bet, dispute, or technical matter is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt939 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
9.1 All content on the bt939 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, user interface design, and the bt939 brand identity — is the exclusive property of bt939 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.
9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the bt939 Platform or its content without express prior written consent from bt939.
10.1 bt939 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at bt939.org/privacy-policy.
10.2 By registering on the bt939 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to identity verification data, transaction records, gameplay data, and communication records.
10.3 bt939 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC and AML service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required by law or our licensing obligations.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt939 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Player's use of or inability to use the bt939 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.
12.2 bt939's total cumulative liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their bt939 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 bt939 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 bt939 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, or network outages.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request to close their bt939 Account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures and any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
13.2 bt939's Right to Terminate. bt939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or regulatory requirements.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a Player Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), bt939 reserves the right to void and forfeit all bonus funds, pending bonuses, and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances not subject to active investigation will be returned to the Player following completion of any applicable compliance review.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bt939 holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and bt939 arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any wager placed on the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bt939's internal complaints procedure. Players should submit formal complaints in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint".
14.3 bt939 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the internal resolution process does not produce an outcome acceptable to the Player, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated under bt939's gaming licence.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall be construed to prevent bt939 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of matters involving intellectual property infringement, fraud, or other urgent matters.
15.1 bt939 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the bt939 Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
15.2 It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms, including the effective date, is always available at bt939.org/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the bt939 Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
